    Fully automatic molding can achieve one-time molding. When making castings by hand, you need to make two upper and lower sandboxes. Wrong temperatures and flow rates can cause severe defects in castings, lengthen order lead times, and increase trial and error costs. With our extensive experience, we can minimize the probability of this problem occurring.

    After the casting is cooled, the cast slab is obtained through unpacking, sandblasting, cutting, and other processes, and then shot blasting is used to clean the surface impurities of the cast slab to make the surface smoother.

    Aluminum sand castings need to be heat treated according to performance requirements. Through processes such as annealing, quenching (solid solution treatment), aging, and cycle treatment, the strength and hardness are improved, the structure and size are stabilized, and internal stress is eliminated.
