PART 02Mold Making

PART 03Make Samples
We will make trial samples after the mold is made. We will first test the castings' shape, size, and various properties according to your quality requirements. PART 04Order Scheduling
We will purchase sufficient raw materials for order production and determine whether to use machine or manual molding according to the order size. The larger the order, the more costs (time, money) saved by using mechanical molding. On the contrary, the smaller the order, the more suitable it is to use artificial styling. The sand-casting foundry will strictly follow the requirements to complete the order.

PART 05Casting Mold Making
Making casting molds is placing the casting mold in a sandbox and pouring in pre-mixed sand with a binder. After vibration, the sand is solidified to make a sand mold. The sand core is placed at the designated position of the sand mold. The sand mold is divided into upper and lower parts. Close the boxes with the pouring opening facing upwards, and remove the sandbox to get the mold. Choosing the appropriate method of making casting molds can effectively reduce casting costs.

PART 06Metal Melting
Melting metal according to casting material requirements. Put metal into the crucible according to the proportion, and need to add some materials during the heating process. PART 07Pouring and Cooling
